The Ouroboros on the cover of the book is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or dragon eating its own tail. The word literally means 'tail devourer', and the earliest known representation of it is contained in the Egyptian Book of the Netherworld. It is one of the oldest mythological symbols signifying oneness, eternity, unity, and wholeness. It represents the cyclic nature of the universe: creation out of destruction, life out of death, and a primordial unity and oneness of the Universe related to something existing and persisting through change. This is the Science of One.
